Standard Features on All Homes

Smooth Top Electric Range, Microhood and Dishwasher. Standard in Stainless or Black as opposed to standard builder-grade appliances that cost you more money to be upgraded or no appliances at all!
Steel Garage Door(s) with Opener(s) which are easier to maintain and won’t warp or crack due to weather conditions.
Garage Interior is Painted and Trimmed to Match Interior of House as opposed to unfinished, saving you the time and expense of doing it yourself.

All 2×4 Trusses – 24″ on Center. A truss designed for 16” centers will probably use a slightly lower grade of wood, resulting in a slightly lower cost per lineal foot.
