One Year Later and Still Enjoying Their Vacation Home

After losing their home on Lake Hartwell to a fire in 2008, Cecilia T. and her husband questioned rebuilding their vacation home. But, after a lengthy consideration, they determined to go for it. Trinity Custom Homes was one of several builders considered for the job, and we were finally awarded the build thanks to the hard work of Scott Parsons and Darrell Howington, both of whom left positive impacts on the couple. A year later, we received a second endorsement from Cecilia and her husband.

Last year, I wrote a letter about our experience with Darrell Howington building our vacation home. Today, I am writing again to express my continued satisfaction with our home one year later. I met with Darrell at our house in early February to look at possible issues after the house had time to settle after one year. To my surprise, we found nothing. No cracks, no nail pops, no water in the crawl space. Absolutely nothing that needed repair.

I wanted to let you know that we are still extremely happy with our decision to use Trinity Homes to build our house and that we would still gladly recommend Trinity, and especially Darrell, to anyone wanting to build in our area.
