The Birmingham

The Birmingham is one of the largest and most spacious floor plans offered by Trinity Custom Homes. With a standard square footage of 3,101 feet, this is one majestic home and one that is fully capable of supporting any modern family.

The Birmingham features four massive bedrooms including a huge master suite (15’-9” by 17’-6”) on the first floor. Bedrooms two through four are all located on the second floor of the home. With three full-sized bathrooms, two great rooms, a spacious kitchen, a dining room and breakfast area, and an unfinished bonus room, this plan has it all! It even has a sprawling front covered porch and over-sized garage with all the extra storage space today’s families need.

The Dahlonega

The Dahlonega is a more moderately sized 1,831 square-foot single-story floor plan, but it features a beautiful open floor plan that makes the home feel larger than it really is. Upon entering the home through the extended covered front porch, you arrive in the extra-large living room (25’-8” by 20’-3”) with a clear line of sight to the kitchen. This home is designed with home entertaining in mind!

The Dahlonega features three bedrooms, including a generous master suite sized at 15’-9” by 14’-6”. There are two full baths included, one off the master suite and one in the hall. A 24’ by 24’ garage is optional and with it, the Dahlonega boasts 2,864 square feet of useable space under its roof.
