How much money would I have to put down to build a house?
The short answer is that most banks typically ask for 10-15% of the contract amount in either cash or collateral (land). However, there are some banks and loan programs that offer construction loans with no down payment. We will be happy to help you find a bank that can accommodate your situation.

The first thing to do is come up with a budget. You can call your local bank or visit our online loan calculator to estimate your monthly payments based on your desired budget. After establishing a rough idea on what your budget will be call us and set up a FREE design consultation. We will meet with you and look over plans, pricing, materials and explain our construction standards and process.
Do you build other people’s plans or just yours?
We have over 110 plans to choose from and in most cases have similar plans to any plan you might have found somewhere else. We can also modify our plans just about any way you see fit.
How long does it typically take to build a home?
We Guarantee our build times to be 150 days or less from the day we pour your footers to the day we hand you the keys. If you are getting a mortgage, construction loans typically take 30-60 days to process.
Do you have model homes?
We do have models at some locations (Augusta,GA/ Ellijay,GA/ Lavonia,GA) and others we have showrooms furnished with many of our material samples and color choices. We can also arrange for you to visit a home that may be under construction at the time.

What is included in your base price?
In general, our base price includes the standard house itself, items exterior to the house like dumpsters, septic tanks, driveways, water lines, clearing, grading, etc. are called allowance items and will be estimated on your individual lot conditions and home size.
