Trinity Custom Homes is overall an outstanding home builder. They have just completed a build for me in Blairsville, GA and I am very happy. This process … More did start out a bit rocky with the loss of my original work team members, however that was straightened out quickly and we got back on track. The one thing that I think Trinity could improve on is if there is a large issue with part of the build they need to bring it to the table with everyone involved and all options so that the homeowner can make an informed decision without so much back and forth with regards to change orders. I had the luck of living right next door to the build and was able to see every aspect of the build which was overall quality work. When any issues did arise my site supervisor Randy Fletcher was quick to address and fix. From the time my footers were poured it was less than a 6 month build. If you are looking for an outstanding group to work with this should be your choice. Make sure to request Randy Fletcher as your site supervisor and you will not be disappointed. -
We purchase land in Blue Ridge Georgia to build a second home. We met with Derek K. and he spent a great deal of time to go over the different models and … More features. Derek was very professional and patient. Once we decided on a plan, we made a few changes and decided to move forward. Our biggest concern building was that we live in Tampa Florida and would not be around during construction. The outcome was Steller! Our Builder Darrel H. did an amazing job with this project! When we came down to see the home- mid construction, we identified that the tongue and groove ceilings in the porches were stained twice and did quite not match the ceiling inside. As soon as Darrell H. went to the house to see it, he immediately had it corrected for us. It came out amazing! I can't say enough about their team and organization. We spent a great deal of time shopping with other builders. No one we talked to came even close when it came to price, materials and selection. Both my wife and I agree, if you are building a home, you can be very confident with this company. They did a spectacular job and we love our home! Thank you to everyone at Trinity Custom Homes. ! -
